Stainless Steel Manifolds
Custom Stainless Steel Manifolds
Our stainless steel manifolds are made of heavy-walled stainless steel. It is a good option for both the cooling and heating systems. Here we can supply both standard and customized stainless steel manifolds to satisfy your diversified needs. Our stainless steel manifolds encompass the components like air vent, high quality flow meters and drain valve. We can also supply optional accessories like ball valves and flow meters according to your specific needs. What’s more, taking all its unique characteristics into consideration, your investments in our products will be a great choice in the long run, for it will save your maintenance or repair fees.
Types of Stainless Steel Manifolds
Conventional stainless steel manifolds: As for structure, conventional stainless steel manifolds are more solid than low-profile manifolds. One distinctive feature of it is that it can undergo multiple changes. It can accommodate inlet sizes including 1-1/4″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/2″, 2″ NPT or BSP and port sizes encompassing 1/4″, 1/8″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″ NPT or BSP. Also we provide port and inlet sizes on a customized basis.
Low-profile stainless steel manifolds: Low-profile stainless steel manifolds gain a competitive edge over conventional stainless steel manifolds in terms of price. It is recommended that they are applied in the case that the fittings will be permanently installed into the ports. However, it has to be pointed out that British threads are not suitable for this type of manifold. They are suitable for the inlet sizes including 1″, 1-1/2″ NPT or BSP as well as port Sizes including 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″ NPT.

Application of Stainless Steel Manifolds
Given its unique characteristics, our stainless steel manifolds have a wide array of applications. It is often found in construction, military, aerospace, semiconductor, chemistry and more. In the construction industry, it can be applied to the drainage system, for it can prevent the corrosion of water pipes and ensure the safety and quality of water supply. When applied in the automotive industry, it can be used in the exhaust systems so as to improve exhaust efficiency and reduce pollution. What’s more, owing to its excellent corrosion resistance, its application in the chemical industry can help convey some corrosive fluids like acid and alkali.

Why Install Stainless Steel Manifolds?

Light-weighted: Given the characteristics of different raw materials, a stainless steel manifold is roughly 50% lighter than a brass manifold.
High flow rate: Owing to the increased section of stainless steel manifolds, its flow rate is about 20% higher than brass manifolds. The flow rate of stainless steel manifolds is 5m3/h while the flow rate of brass manifolds of the same size is 4.2m3/h.
Corrosion-resistant: As is known to us, stainless steel manifolds show strong corrosion resistance. It can be exposed to some harsh environments without rust.
Endurable property: Stainless steel manifolds can withstand high pressure and temperature, which ensures its stable and endurable performance.
Premium raw material: Our products are made of high-quality heavy-walled stainless steel. Stainless steel is recognized as a “premium” material worldwide and also considered to be superior to brass and polymer .
Flexible installation: As for installation, we adopt integral mounting brackets to ensure stability. Our manifolds can withstand high working pressure and operating temperature, which makes them applicable for most installations.
Leak-resistant: All of our products have gone through leak tests, and they are all leak-proof.
