Case Hardened Shaft Manufacturer – HM
“A high-precision of hardened shafting that has an excellent tolerance”
HM – Case Hardened Shaft
A case hardened shaft is a type of shafting that is undergone by processing methods to increase its outer surface hardness. The case hardening of shafts provides a wear-resistant and hard outer layer while maintaining its interior ductile strength. The hardened layer of the shaft is known as the case.
HM team cannot only fabricate perfectly your custom shafts through our CNC precision machine but can also harden its outer surface through our case hardening process. The finished product of your hardened shafting is ideally used for control & motion applications. It is also suitable for any application that requires bearing precision and surface wear resistance.
Quality Case Hardened Shaft

A shaft that has a key way and is combined with a match machine key for transmitting torque to sprockets, gears, and other transmission components.

With this shaft, any threaded accessories can be attached such as fan blades, mixer propellers, and other threaded components.

It has a shoulder design to its near-end part. This design provides a stopper for bearings, sprockets, and gears.

A shaft with an internal thread that any threaded components can be fastened with it. Custom sizes of thread are acceptable.

A type of shaft with a flat surface area that allows digging of set screws unto it. It also provides secure mounting of bearings, sprockets, and gears.

With this shaft, you can clip into the grooves the retaining pin for separation and positioning the bearings, gears, or sprockets.
